What is Perpetual Grave Care?

We here at Crystal Florist & Greenhouse, Inc. (cemeteryflorist.com) send out yearly packages of what is available seasonally for the cemetery. We keep your records on file. You have the choice of filling in a form and returning it to our office, using our online ordering system, or calling in when ever you need something placed. Once you are in our system, we take care of the rest. We strive to personalize each and every account. Once you are in our system, you will also be notified throughout the year of unadvertised specials that we may run. The only information you need to give to us is the name on the stone, the grave location, and what service you would like to have done. We take care of the rest. If you are out of state, we can also provide pictures of the work done at your loved one's resting place.



How often do I need to place an order to keep my account current?

The choice is yours. As you navigate through our site, you will see various packages and plans to choose from. Whether you order for one occasion, or monthly maintenance throughout the year, we will service your loved one's gravesite with care and compassion.

If I order a seasonal planting, how can it be maintained?

No problem! We offer a watering service during the months of May through September. Our trucks are fully equipped with a water and fertilizing system. For a small fee of $6.00 per watering, we can water your gravesite once, twice, or three times a week depending on your preference. Again, the choice is yours. We will fully guarantee any seasonal planting that is watered three times per week.

How do I know the service I ordered has been done?

Before your service is complete, we maintain a picture log of before and after photos of your gravesite. We pride ourselves on our reputation of servicing your loved ones resting place in a timely and compassionate manner. If you request it, an email picture can be forwarded to you, or for a $3.00 fee we will send you a Polaroid picture.
